Tajništvo FELASA-e traži administratora, a ponude se primaju do 7. siječnja 2022.

FELASA is looking for secretariat support, and we are soliciting your help to identify the perfect contractor. Please forward this email to suitable candidates, whether they are members or not of your associations.

Applications must be sent to by the deadline of 7th January 2021 and must contain:

  • CV and photo ID of person proposed as secretariat;
  • Short description of the company proposing the services, on a company’s headed letter;
  • Motivation letter;
  • Recommendation letter(s);
  • Quotation.

The contract will start in the first part of 2022, before the FELASA congress in June. First, there will be a transition period between the current FELASA secretariat and the new contractor. By 2023, the new secretariat will be autonomous and able to provide about 900-1500 working hours per year.

The FELASA Secretariat must have a scientific background and English proficiency. Meetings abroad and during week-ends are expected several times a year, and the secretariat must be able to attend those in person. An EU (or Schengen area) passport is requisite to facilitate these travels. FELASA secretariat will benefit from past experience in business administration, communication, and secretariat.

Duties include dealing with general queries and administrative tasks; GDPR administration; book-keeping and liaison with account companies; taking and typing up Minutes from meetings (including video-conferences); handling all administrative tasks for the Education & Training Accreditation Board (including library maintenance and liaison with course organisers); organising promotional materials and attending FELASA display stands at events; providing administrative assistance for workshop organisation.
